Free shipping for all orders weighing more than 2 kg. For orders weighing less than 2 kg, a fixed shipping fee of 7.00 CHF is applied. The amount is always clearly shown in the cart summary before order confirmation.

Specific conditions for BARF products

For BARF products, shipping is free for orders exceeding 99.00 CHF; for lower orders, the shipping cost is 12 CHF. These conditions are exclusively for the BARF line and apply regardless of the rates for other product categories. In the case of a mixed cart (BARF and non-BARF products), the shipping conditions will be calculated separately and clearly shown in the order summary.

PAYMENTS WITH INVOICE UNDER 199.90 CHF

Delivery times: For Althea Super Premium 1-2 days, for all other brands approximately 4-5 days.
